Abstract
The article presents the results of research on the development of scientifically based approaches to improving the mechanism for applying productspecific support measures to producers of certain types of agricultural products, in particular subsidies (premiums) for products sold. The practice of applying this kind of support in Belarus is shortlived and requires a certain adjustment to improve the efficiency of the functioning of the agrarian sector. For example, under the terms of the WTO, it is necessary: expand the list of subsidized products in order to bring the de minimis limits into line; take into account when determining the amount of allowances for the next financial year, the actual amount of costs that have developed within the groups of organizations formed by the cadastral valuation of agricultural lands that have a positive profitability; to deduce normative values of profitability for bringing in parity conditions of functioning of agrarians with adjoining branches of economy; to introduce increasing coefficients when calculating the amounts of the paid extra charges for the results of activities for a particular type of product.

Abstract
The main purpose of the article is to reveal the possibility of transferring the meat cattle breeding industry in the agricultural organizations of Belarus on a stable profitable basis. Annually for industrial processing (meatprocessing plants) not less than 500 thousand tons of cattle which considerable part have low quality standards are delivered. The maintenance of animals in conditions of insufficient provision of livestock with feed and low quality of forage leads to a significant overspending of feed per unit of live weight of cattle and a significant increase in the material capacity of the increase in live weight of animals. In the structure of material consumption of products feed costs can reach up to 90%, which essentially largely determines the level of production cost of live weight gain. In turn, the value of the cost directly affects the level of profitability of the industry. An indepth study of the dynamic changes in the material intensity of production of cattle breeding in the APC “Agrokombinat “Snov” Nesvizh district revealed possible reserves of material cost savings. In this agricultural organization, unlike many other farms, the cultivation of meat livestock for the period 2015-2017 was steadily profitable industry. The experience of Agrokombinat “Snov” showed that the possibilities of positive development of meat cattle breeding in agricultural organizations of Belarus are not limited.

Abstract
In the article, the authors describe the simulation as a tool to increase the flexibility of the model for the formation of the machine and tractor fleet (MTP). There is a historical background on the evolution of the definition and application of imitation methods. The authors show the advantages of applying this approach to the formation of MTP in combination with traditional ones. There is a model for the verification of the production plan of the agricultural enterprise, taking into account the use of simulation modeling.

Abstract
Questions of unfair mediation in the industry are considered. The restrictions of access to production and turnover of alcoholic, nonfood alcoholcontaining products and nonfood ethyl alcohol which are subject to elimination are listed. Are given suggestion for improvement of both the interstate procedure, and the procedure regulated by the international treaty on EEU. It is offered to prolong the right of producers of low alcohol drinks to independently define the moment of the actual realization (transfer) of excise goods for decrease on them tax burden after 2018. It is recommended to include association of its participants for development of standards and rules of their activity in the system of regulation of the industry of alcoholic and alcoholcontaining products, having given her with control functions.
