Abstract
The article presents methodological approaches to determining the consumption of material resources by regions in the production of agricultural products, including, firstly, the systematization and analysis of data on the actual consumption of material resources by nomenclature for a number of years, taking into account the gross collection of products; the planned levels of crop yields, the size of the cultivated area and production volumes; according to the norms and standards of consumption of seeds, organic and mineral fertilizers, means of plant protection, diesel fuel, gasoline, electricity depending on the soil fertility of arable lands, cultures-predecessors, and the existing tractor fleet, etc.; second, the recommended levels of consumption of resources in the cultivation of grain crops with a yield of 42 t/ha and fertility of arable land, 32 points; third, the factors affecting the consumption of a particular type of material resource (for example, the following factors are identified for seeds the mechanical composition of the soil, the variety of seeds, the technical characteristics of the machines used, etc.); fourth, the quantitative assessment of the impact of each factor, expressed through the scale of coefficients of change in the magnitude of the resources used depending on the production and economic conditions, Etc. on the example of mineral fertilizer consumption, 3 options for calculating the resource requirements for the production of grain are proposed - based on the planned volume of grain production.; taking into account the achievable level of crop yields and cultivated area; taking into account the fertility of the arable land and cultures of the predecessors.

Abstract
The article reveals the current trends and problems of international marketing abroad. An assessment of the international marketing management system in the agroindustrial complex of Belarus on the main components (regulatory legal, institutional, economic, infrastructural) has been carried out. The strengths and weaknesses of the marketing management system at all levels of management (interstate, national, regional, enterprise level) are grounded. A system of measures to increase the effectiveness of international marketing in the agroindustrial complex, taking into account the deepening of regional trade and economic integration, is proposed.

The relevance of researching issues and problems of sustainable ecological development of agricultural organizations and determining their essential role in economic science is expanding and is becoming more and more in demand in the conditions of the formation and development of a socially oriented economy.The fundamental nature of ecological relations leads to the fact that not only cognitive processes are subject to ecologization, but also various spheres of practical human activity. One of the most important manifestations of such trends is the ecologization of agriculture.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the activities of the agro-industrial complexes of Belarus and Russia in terms of ensuring food security and export opportunities of the countries. The role of human capital in a market economy is considered and some ways of ensuring predictable growth of labor productivity are suggested, such as raising the educational level of specialists, actively introducing into the educational process fundamentally new approaches to agricultural education.
