Based on the analysis, the main problems of investment and innovation development of the economy in the context of its sustainable functioning are identified and the most important directions of their solutions are proposed.

The article substantiates the mechanism for the formation and implementation of the investment strategy of agrо-processing organizations, aimed at ensuring the growth of their competitive advantages and effective functioning in the new economic conditions.

The operation of any enterprise in modern conditions is the competition where it is crucial to the competitiveness of the products. The article substantiates the criteria of competitiveness of meat products. The technique of estimation of competitiveness of production of the meat-processing enterprise is developed. The economic and mathematical model of the program of development of the processing enterprise allowing increasing efficiency of production on the basis of growth of competitiveness of production is offered.

The results of a study of the dynamics of the population, labor resources, migration and migration balance, the main economic indicators of regional development, the causes of population migration and the tense situation in the labor market in some regions of the Republic of Belarus are presented.

The number of institutional transformations provisions in agriculture of Grodno region in parts of reorganization process realization of the agricultural organizations and the Decree № 253 «About measures for financial improvement of the agricultural organizations» are stated. The activity of the developed legal forms of managing and the regional agroindustrial integrated structures; existence and distribution of lands of the agricultural organizations, P(F)H and citizens on forms of ownership and types of land rights are analysed. The solution offers of practical questions of pre-judicial financial improvement of the organizations and also the directions of increase in efficiency of the mechanism of managing of the agroindustrial integrated formations are formulated.

The article considers the technique that allows to establish rational volumes of soybean production and its processing in the Republic of Belarus. It involves the use of economic and mathematical modeling to determine the forecasted livestock of animals and poultry in 2020 with the further establishment of the annual demand of domestic livestock in soybeans. The article defines possible economic effect from soybean meal import substitution, depending on the level of self-sufficiency of the Republic of Belarus with this valuable high-protein product.

The development of the fishing industry as one of the main components of Kazakhstan’s economic development and its export potential in the conditions of the market is very important. In recent years, the world has significantly increased consumer demand for seafood, such as: fresh fish, frozen fish, fish products and seafood. The propensity of the population to consume fish food can be explained by the desire to eat ecologically clean, safe products rich in nutrients, so in international practice, fish occupies one of the key positions in the healthy food program. Today almost all countries of the world are involved in import-export operations.The scientific literature considers the fishing industry as a sphere of vital import substitution and unique nuances. The export potential of the fishing industry means the state’s ability to export the fish products that are available or produced by it.Based on the analysis of the export and import of the fish industry, positive aspects of geographic location have been assessed to serve the growing traditional markets in the country. To determine the problems and prospects for further development of the country’s fish industry, the volume of products (works, services) of fisheries and aquaculture in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the share in the GDP of the sphere «Rural, forestry and fisheries», imports into Kazakhstan and exports from Kazakhstan fresh, frozen fish in recent years. The significance of the development of the fishing industry is undeniable, both for implementing market reforms in general, and for providing the most effective aspects of using the potential of Kazakhstan, in particular. So, with the enormous natural opportunities of Kazakhstan, the potential of the agro-industrial complex can be fully realized only through effective access to world markets, which emphasizes the importance of the role and place of the fishing industry.

The article presents the results of the analysis of business conditions, state and development tendencies of rural tourism in the Republic of Belarus. The features of the organization and implementation of tourism in the rural area of the Gomel region are given. The business model for the creation of the agroestate as a tourist object with the conduct of non-traditional agricultural production (cultivation of ostriches) is described. The project is under implementation. Its practical significance is to improve the welfare of the family, develop rural areas, increase the sustainability of the agricultural economy of the region as a whole.
