Прослеживаемость агропродовольственной продукции: зарубежный опыт регулирования

Аннотация
Исследована мировая практика регулирования построения систем прослеживаемости агропродовольственной продукции как одного из приоритетных направлений обеспечения качества и безопасности продовольствия на национальном и международном уровнях. Выявлены особенности реализации принципов данной концепции в ряде стран.
