Based on the systematization and clarification of the theoretical and methodological foundations on the issues under study, scientific and methodological proposals have been developed to improve investment and innovation activities, tax planning in agriculture, the mechanism for pricing and distributing income between the areas of the agroindustrial complex by stages of distribution.
PROBLEMS OF AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX INDUSTRIES
The article provides a bioenergy assessment of the most common options for combining space-planning and technological solutions currently used in milk production in agricultural organizations of the republic, which allows a more objective approach to the choice of the optimal, from the point of view of energy-saving direction, option for the construction of new and modernization of existing dairy commodity complexes, in conditions of limited sources of energy resources, on the one hand, and the need to increase production volumes to ensure food security of the population and increase export potential, on the other hand.
The article discusses the formation and development of an effective system of forage production on the planned sowing areas to provide livestock raising with the necessary energy materials. The article analyzes the provision of herbal fodder with crude protein in the republic and regions. A plan for the procurement of grass fodder and the calculated one and a half year volume of procurement of grass fodder, taking into account the transition residues, are considered. For the successful procurement of feed in the optimal time frame, it is necessary to organize technical support for the procurement of feed.
