The article presents an analysis of the existing practice of functioning of agribusiness holdings, identifies the problems of their development, formulates the functions of effective management of integration interaction in holdings.

The article presents an algorithm for determining the priority areas of investment of the material and technical base of agricultural organizations, a feature of which is to take into account not only the cost of material and technical resources, but also the availability of labor resources and the quality of agricultural land. With the help of the described algorithm, the priorities of investing the material and technical base of agricultural producers in the context of areas of production specialization, as well as reserves for improving the efficiency of agricultural producers through a more complete use of available resources, are determined.

The article describes one of the main elements of ensuring the sustainable functioning of the AiC such as cadastral valuation of agricultural land, examines the established procedure and stages of its implementation in the republic of Belarus, defines the parameters for reviewing the results obtained, analyzes the results of the cadastral valuation of agricultural land in the districts of Brest region, its overall indicators points in the area, and a grouping of agricultural organizations and farm of the region was held according to the cadastral valuation score and identified the basic general principles on which an objective cadastral valuation of agricultural land should be based.
