The article substantiates the directions of functioning of the agro-industrial complex of the regions and Belarus in general on the basis of the advantages of territorial differentiation of agricultural production in the conditions of deepening regional integration. The organizational and economic mechanism of reducing the level of territorial differentiation of agricultural production in the conditions of deepening regional integration, which will improve the efficiency of the resource potential of the regions, competitiveness, quality and safety of agricultural products; to provide opportunities to increase the rate of development of lagging regions; and to increase the efficiency of national specialization on the basis of risk management system in the conditions of uncertainty of the external and internal environment.

In artickle we develop the theoretical and methodological bases of formation and development of the economic potential of enterprises, to determine its basic elements: resources, a mechanism for effective use of resources, ability to meet the needs of the market, taking into account the interaction of internal and external factors. The formation of the economic potential of the processing of agricultural enterprises influence the goals and strategy of their development, structural elements of the building and the external environment.

On the basis of the carried-out analysis the main problems of the agrochemical market are revealed in the article. The improvement priority directions of the organizational and economic mechanism of agrochemical providing of agricultural producers are proved in modern managing conditions.

The article presents a mechanism for managing the strategy of sustainable socio-economic development of organizations of the agro-industrial complex, including diagnostics of functions, monitoring the implementation of the strategy program and reviewing the long-term development stages of the management process, taking into account promising economic and economic development programs of the Republic of Belarus.

In article an assessment of the modern level of development of corporate relations in the vegetable subcomplex of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus is given, features of formation of corporate structures in this branch are revealed, the forms of corporate interaction of economic entities, most widespread in the vegetable subcomplex, are defined and also experience of their functioning is studied that has allowed to prove the perspective directions of further corporate reorganization of branch.

The modern directions of potato cultivation intensification including the vector following: 1) organizational - accounting of climatic features of agrolandscapes at placement, specialization and concentration of production of potatoes; organization of high-quality structure of potato landings, etc.; 2) technological - introduction of high-yielding and qualitative grades; maintenance of highly effective system of production of qualitative seed material, etc.; 3) technical - strengthening of material and technical resources of agricultural producers, etc.

The article considers the organizational and economic mechanism of protection and reproduction of soil fertility; justified proposals for improving legislative support in the field of soil fertility protection. A number of measures have been proposed for the implementation of restoration of soil fertility and ensuring their safety.

The article examines the historical experience of the formation and development of personal subsidiary plots in Russia. On the basis of the study of the regularities of the formation of peasant farms, the main stages of their activity are identified with an assessment of the role of the state in them. Principal differences between peasant farms and public agricultural organizations are considered and the basic principles of the functioning of personal subsidiary plots at the first stages of their development are noted.
