Abstract
The article presents the state of meat and dairy production in EAEU member states. The authors assess the level of selfsufficiency according with references on WHO indicators of consumption and actual consumption data in the countries and the Union as a whole. On the basis of policy documents analysis in EAEU related to the prospects for the period up to 2020, the proposals were made to improve the production structure in Belarus and the EEA member states, as well as in order to identify opportunities for developing Belarus’ export potential in bilateral trade with partner countries in the Union.

Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the calculation and payment of land tax for agricultural land in the member countries of the EAEU (the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, the Russian Federation), specifies the specifics and general principles inherent in each of the countries in the exemption of this tax.

Abstract
The concept of economic efficiency of the Soviet period, and also modern directions is investigated. The algorithms characterizing economic efficiency are resulted, and their merits and demerits are investigated. The concept of Paretoefficiency is studied and its lacks are noted. Formulas of profitability are analyzed and their discrepancy to the scheme “resultsexpenses” is noted. It is offered to spend an estimation of economic efficiency of branch, region, area or as a whole a national economy on efficiency indexes.

Abstract
In this article the author gives a definition of the economic efficiency of farms and offers methodology for calculating efficiency indicators. The author introduces the «starting point» indicator allowing to level the distorting influence of inflationary processes in the comparative analysis.

Abstract
Rapeseed is the crop of a great potential. The increase of a rapeseed production in the Republic of Belarus will allow supplying the population with vegetable oil more fully, farm animal production - with vegetable protein, and the industry - with annually renewable raw material for the production of biodiesel fuel. In addition, rapeseed grows fast and is an excellent pasture crop, rich in sulfurcontaining protein; reduces the disease incidence of farm animals and increases meat yield.In the article on the base of the tendencies analysis and key problems, the main directions for further development of the rapeseed processing in the Republic of Belarus are determined.

Abstract
In the article the organizational and economic mechanism of reforming of China’s agriculture; the model of the relationship between the level of cooperation in agriculture in China and the growth of the well-being of the population have been developed. The role of village-township enterprises in the success of reforming China’s agriculture has been determined.
