Abstract

The priority of cost management in agricultural production has been justified, based on a system of replicable technology. This system allows for the centralized scaling of effective domestic developments in the fields of seed production, veterinary science, bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, renewable energy sources, and others.
A target model for cost management in agriculture has been developed under conditions of strengthening technological independence parameters. This model is based on methodological instructions, regulations, and recommendations for the implementation of intellectual, managerial, organizational, technical, production, and other processes involved in adopting efficient elements of science-intensive, import-substituting, intelligent, adaptive, resource- saving, bio- and other technologies.

Abstract

The analysis of existing approaches and practices of distribution of volumes of agricultural products for public procurement is performed. The methodological approach is substantiated and the corresponding algorithm is presented, which allow, taking into account the availability and area of arable land suitable for cultivation of specific crops, adjusted by the correction factor for the level of production potential, to distribute the volumes of agricultural products for the fulfillment of the state order in proportion to the area of comparable arable land.

Abstract

The directions for increasing the competitiveness of production are presented, including a complex of measures and tools for the creation of a sustainable, competitive system of agricultural production, which is capable of adapting to modern challenges, ensuring the quality of production, accessibility for consumers and the development of the domestic market in the context of globalization. A set of indicators has been developed to assess the mechanism for increasing the competitiveness of agricultural products and food.

Abstract

The results of the study are presented in the form of a comparative description of theoretical and methodological approaches to pricing agricultural products and food products in terms of sales channels that make up the subsystems of pricing agricultural products and food products, an assessment of the established practice of pricing exported items, which made it possible to develop methodological approaches to pricing food products sold under foreign trade agreements.

Abstract

The production of compound feed meets the needs of industrial livestock and poultry farming (one of the main sectors of the agroindustrial complex of Kazakhstan) for all age groups and species. The most important strategic task of the industry is to ensure the competitiveness of domestic agricultural products. This can be achieved by mastering highly effective technological and technical innovations in the production of compound feed, which make up a significant part of the costs in the cost of production due, for example, to the use of a large number of mechanisms, devices and equipment. A serious expense item is the acquisition of modern models of high-performance technological equipment to meet the needs of the largest agroindustrial companies with an expanded range of products, with existing capacities for the production of feed for livestock.
