Abstract

The priority directions of management of digital transformation of agroindustrial complex that can promptly bring the industry to a new level of tec hnological development have been established. The organizational mechanism for managing the digital development of agrarian production has been developed, aimed at creating an appropriate information and communication technology environment that provides strategic planning for the development of the agroindustrial complex on the basis of combining information flows of agricultural producers and state and sectoral management bodies. The effectiveness of such a structure is supported by the block of information systems and digital platforms, which involves combining the efforts of agribusiness, government, science, education and developers, as well as the formation of new approaches to training on the basis of public­private partnership. The key directions for impro­ ving the efficiency of management and production in the conditions of digital transformation of the industry at the level of agricultural organizations and state and sectoral management bodies are highlighted.

Abstract

The article presents the results of studies within the framework of assessing the economic potential of small farms in the Republic of Belarus. The provision of peasant (farmer) households with labor and land resources, as well as the financial results of their activities, are studied. The obtained results are summarized, the advantages and disadvantages of this form of management are determined.

Abstract

The article examines the priorities and directions of the state policy of the Republic of Belarus in the field of ensuring food security and nutrition quality, the achieved level of availability and quality of nutrition for families with children. The regulatory framework in terms of organizing specialized nutrition for children is analyzed. Directions for improvement are proposed, including: saturating the market with such domestic products with a sufficient assortment range to form a social basket; creating new products and pro­ duction within the framework of socially significant scientific and technical programs and projects, etc. The article presents the results of a survey conducted by the Belarusian Republican Public Association for Assistance to Children with Phenylketonuria on the topic of nutrition, taking into account this genetic disease.

Abstract

The existing pricing system for raw materials (feed grain and meal) and industrially produced feed in the Republic of Belarus is analyzed. Proposals are developed to improve the efficiency of the system of economic incentives for quality by improving the system of payment for grain, protein raw materials and feed, taking into account key indicators of quality and economic efficiency of use.

Abstract

The content and nature of the impact of large­scale agricultural production on the state of economic, social and ecological subsystems of rural areas are substantiated. A structured system of criteria and indicators characteri­ zing the sustainability of rural areas and the development of agricultural business entities is proposed. An assessment of the impact of the scale, results of production activities of agricultural organizations, as well as their territorial accessibility on the sustainable development of rural macro­, meso­ and microregions is given.
