RURAL ECONOMICS
In the Republic of Belarus, the stock market can be attributed to the emerging markets, where its mechanisms and tools are being formed and refined, and the infrastructure is being improved. This is one of the ways to attract the most inexpensive investments in agroindustrial complex, which allows to accumulate available cash assets from individuals and legal entities, while the cost of funds raised by selling a security is in some cases lower than raising credit funds.
The article reflects the features of the share circulation. It is systemic in nature and includes a methodology for calculating the increase in the size of the authorized capital of a joint-stock company, in cases of increasing the nominal value of shares at the expense of equity, as well as carrying out an additional issue of shares at the expense of shareholders, third parties (investors). The authors present an algorithm for debt restructuring by increasing the authorized capital of a joint-stock company within the amount of the resulting debt with the transfer of shares (shares in the authorized fund) to the creditor, the procedure for placing additionally issued shares. The article proposes mechanisms for recognizing shares as escheat and exercising the rights certified by shares.
PROBLEMS OF AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX INDUSTRIES
The main problems associated with the use of reclaimed lands are considered. The influence of technological and economic techniques and methods on the level of rational use of drained soils is substantiated.
The value of the drawdown of the upper organic layer on the agrochemical properties of drained lands has been determined. The costs of restoring the lost soil fertility are calculated. The main directions for increasing the efficiency of crop cultivation on reclaimed lands are proposed.
The key elements of providing the population with food are considered, which is based on grain crops and products of their processing as goods of strategic importance, i. e. food products of long-term storage in reserve funds and highly transportable, if necessary, redistributed across the territory of the republic.
The formation of a sustainable fodder base of agricultural organizations is one of the key directions of the agrarian policy in the Republic of Belarus. The article considers the essence of theoretical approaches to the study of fodder supply on the basis of their systematization. The structural model of its formation in agricultural organizations is presented and the concept of a stable fodder base with singling out the main problems, problems and factors of its formation is clarified.
FOREIGN EXPERIENCE
A systematic analysis of trends in the global market for agricultural products and livestock feed is presented. The main parameters of production and demand for feed grain by regions, the peculiarities of the price environment have been identified, the dynamics of the industry development in the main exporting countries have been studied. An approach to the classification of world market trends is proposed, taking into account the impact on the balance of the domestic market of ready-made feeds for farm livestock.
The essence of functional food products, products of organic agriculture and produced from alternative protein sources (plant products, algae, insects and products of microbiological synthesis) is disclosed.
On the basis of statistical data, the state of basic indicators in the global and domestic markets was analyzed. The most significant strategic advantages and development factors of these product markets are formulated.
