RURAL ECONOMICS
The results of researches of various approaches to the formation and improvement of quality management mechanisms in multi-industry agroindustrial cooperative-integrated structures are presented. The methodological aspects of this process in order to guarantee its effectiveness and achieve sustainable production of high-quality products in such structures are identified and examined.
A methodology for assessing potential for improving the efficiency of agricultural enterprises is presented based on a comparison of actual and standard productivity indicators. This methodology includes five stages: determining the standard yield (animal productivity) level using dependency equations or farm groupings; comparing standard and actual indicators; calculating the potential for production growth; analyzing factors limiting efficiency; and subsequently planning based on the identified potential. This methodology enables the identification of untapped internal resources within enterprises without the need for additional investment, which is particularly relevant for low-performing farms. Based on the analysis of large data sets (including costs, yields, land quality, and animal productivity), tools have been developed for scientifically based management, cost optimization, and the formation of effective management decisions.
The research results can be used to improve government support systems, strategic planning for agricultural enterprise development, and the transfer of best practices.
The article substantiates development directions for resource provision in the context of improving the quality of agricultural products, including expanding the range of third-party services. Principles for effective resource management have been developed, enabling the coordination and approval of alternative approaches to the effective use of innovative technologies at the management company level, taking into account their detailed impact on the development of agricultural plants (animals) and, subsequently, on the quality characteristics of raw materials. A mechanism for improving resource provision for producers in multi-sector cooperatively integrated structures in the context of agricultural product quality management is proposed.
The article presents a systematization of approaches to analyzing the interconnections of economic entities based on the principles of cooperation and integration, and identifies sectoral (agricultural and industrial production) trends in building analytical tools. A technology (algorithm, implementation tools) for preliminary justification (prototyping) of qualimetric characteristics (scenario, goals, criteria, and analytical tools) of the method of economic analysis of cooperative and integration interactions between economic entities in the agroindustrial complex is proposed. The paper presents a target matrix (basic and expanded), identifies the basic technologies for constructing methods (complex, parametric and borrowed), provides a classification of methods for conducting economic analysis of cooperative and integration interactions between economic entities in the agroindustrial complex, and develops an algorithm for validating the selected method. The article demonstrates the scientific novelty and capabilities of prototyping technology in research practice.
PROBLEMS OF AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX INDUSTRIES
The current state of the feed amino acid market in the EAEU and EU was analyzed, and prospects for the development of the deep grain processing industry in these countries were explored.
Proposals were developed to improve the efficiency of the Belarusian national biotechnology corporation by ensuring the availability of domestic raw materials of adequate quality, transforming the company’s business model, and developing coordinated approaches within the Eurasian Economic Union to protect its domestic market and measures for the effective development of the biotechnology industry.
FOREIGN EXPERIENCE
A retrospective analysis of the development of global trade in agricultural products is presented, including an assessment of cost and quantitative parameters, structural shifts, price conditions, main competitors and consumers of goods, challenges and threats in modern conditions. It has been established that current trends in global trade in agri-food products and long-term forecasts, according to research by FAO experts, are shifting towards increasing added value and sustainability. It has been determined that export prospects are largely associated with processed products, organic and niche goods (fruits, nuts, functional products), as well as compliance with strict quality standards and requirements of international markets. Key growth drivers include growing demand from Asian and African markets and the widespread digitalization of supply chains.
