Abstract

The materials on the dynamics of inflation indicators in the Republic of Belarus since the early 2020s are presented. Special emphasis is placed on the analysis of the consumer price index of the food group of goods and the price index of agricultural producers. The essence of key regulatory legal acts governing the cost of resources needed for agriculture, prices for raw materials of the industry and finished food is revealed. The main instruments of pricing policy implemented in the country’s agrifood sector are reflected.

Abstract

The methodology of economic analysis in agricultural production has been studied. The existing differentiation of agricultural production has been established, both at the regional and economic levels. The zones of effective cultivation of grain and leguminous crops, oilseed rape, milk production have been determined both in the context of administrative-territorial districts and at the economic level. Variant calculations of scenario modeling of the development of grain, rapeseed and dairy subcomplexes have been carried out, suggesting a consistent transition of production to a higher level with an in­ crease in production and economic parameters

Abstract

Forecasting the synergistic effect is a necessary condition that facilitates making the right decision on the reorganization of agricultural organizations. The synergistic effect can be both positive and negative, since with a combination of resources and factors, the created organization will receive new opportunities for its development, but also risks. Despite the complexity of the calculation of the fore­ cast, it is important and relevant. The theoretical features of this process, the factors of the emergence of the synergistic effect, forecasting methods applied to the forecast of some performance indicators of the merged agricultural organizations are considered.

The article examines the main directions of the functioning of agroindustrial formations in the con­ text of the digital economy. It highlights the components of digitalization in the process of cooperation and integration in the agricultural sector. The advantages and challenges of digitalizing production and technological relations between economic entities are revealed. The strategy for improving the development of cooperative-integrated structures within the digital economy is substantiated.

Abstract

The article considers global and domestic trends of innovations in live­ stock breeding, including taking into account the active introduction of in­ formation and communication technologies. The analysis of the institutional framework for the development of livestock breeding has allowed us to identify the key technological areas of improvement of the industry: technical and infrastructural modernization; biotechnology, genomic and post-genomic research; veterinary diagnostic methods and services; fodder production; improving the organization of business processes; government support; personnel training and improvement of motivational and incentive methods; introduction and development of information and communication technologies. Current trends in the introduction of digital technologies that enhance the development of “precision” animal husbandry and their advantages for the purposes of tactical and strategic planning are presented.

Abstract

Based on the information on the development of the dairy industry in the commodity sector of agriculture, the peculiarities of resource endowment and factors influencing the rate of milk production in the regions of Belarus are identified. The system of key indicators necessary for setting strategic planning goals, developing and monitoring the implementation of sectoral regional programs and applying support measures that correspond to the dynamic functioning of the industry and allow for the maxi­ mum realization of the resource potential is presented. The proposed analytical approaches and the system of indicators allow to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of the industry, to determine the directions of its development, as well as to find and rationally use the reserves for improving the efficiency of milk production.
