Organic production in the United States: an overview of the current state and main trends

Abstract

The article considers the current state of organic food production in the United States. The analysis of dynamics of the areas occupied by organic production sizes, structure and volumes of the main types of organic products realization is carried out. The main tendencies this activity type development are revealed.
