Проведен анализ динамики размеров отведенных под него площадей, структуры и объемов реализации основных видов органических продуктов. Выявлены основные тенденции развития деятельности данного вида.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers the current state of organic food production in the United States. The analysis of dynamics of the areas occupied by organic production sizes, structure and volumes of the main types of organic products realization is carried out.
