Methods of estimation of competitiveness of meat production at the processing enterprises of agro industrial complex

Abstract

The operation of any enterprise in modern conditions is the competition where it is crucial to the competitiveness of the products. The article substantiates the criteria of competitiveness of meat products. The technique of estimation of competitiveness of production of the meat-processing enterprise is developed. The economic and mathematical model of the program of development of the processing enterprise allowing increasing efficiency of production on the basis of growth of competitiveness of production is offered.
