Innovative approaches to the preparation and consolidation of administrative staff in the agricultural sector of the Republic of Belarus in modern conditions
Abstract
This article examines matters relating to the training and retraining of highly skilled managers for the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus. Outlines the problems of human resource capacity and suggested ways to improve the utilization of labour management executives and professionals organizations.
