Public-private partnership in agricultural innovation investments: necessity, problems and ways of their solution

Abstract

The article describes the main trends in the development of public-private partnership in the countries of near and far abroad, identified the main reasons hindering the development of effective cooperation of government and business in Belarus, including in the agricultural sector, and the basic ways of improving and enhancing the PPP mechanism.
