Global oilseed market trends and development prospects

Abstract
Oilseeds occupy a significant place in the global food market. In recent years, driven by economic, climatic, and technological factors, significant changes have occurred, leading to growth in all areas of consumption and increased price volatility.
Identifying and assessing global trends will enable the development of approaches to optimizing production structures, minimizing risks in the export and import of protein raw materials, and increasing the competitiveness of the Belarusian agroindustrial complex.
