Country commodity matrices as a tool for adapting the export potential of the domestic agroindustrial complex to modern global trends

Abstract
A flowchart of country product assortment matrices was developed to effectively realize the export potential of the Belarusian agricultural sector. Country product assortment matrices represent an effective tool for enhan cing the competitiveness of domestic food products in the global market, facilitating growth in export volumes and increasing revenues for domestic exporters. A practical test of the scientific and methodological approach was conducted based on selected sales markets (in terms of geographic priority) and product categories (with a high degree of processing and marginality). Potential growth in national exports to these markets was calculated.
