The global potato and potato products market: current status and development prospects

Abstract
This article presents the results of a comprehensive study of key trends in the global potato market across regions, countries, and products. Production, processing, trade, and consumption indicators are analyzed. Forecasts for the development of key market segments are presented. Conclusions and proposals are provided for the prospects for the sustainable functioning of the Belarusian potato market.
