Выполнена сравнительная аналитическая, экспериментальная и экспертная оценка существующих методов инвестиционной экспресс-диагностики экономического состояния убыточных предприятий АПК. Предложен методологический подход к их модернизации с целью оптимизации значений показателей, характеризующих ликвидность данных структур, рентабельность и стабильность их деятельности. Предложен инструментарий, обеспечивающий учет конфликта таких характеристик инвестиций, как окупаемость и стабильность с одной стороны и окупаемость и ликвидность - с другой. Разработаны методологический подход и алгоритм оценки уровня платежеспособности сельхозпредприятий. Сформулированы рекомендации менеджерам, инвесторам, предпринимателям по обоснованию перспективных сценариев развития данных структур.
