На основе статистической информации проанализировано состояние базовых показателей на мировом и внутреннем рынках. Сформулированы наиболее значимые стратегические преимущества и факторы развития данных продуктовых рынков. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The essence of functional food products, products of organic agriculture and produced from alternative protein sources (plant products, algae, insects and products of microbiological synthesis) is disclosed.</p><p>On the basis of statistical data, the state of basic indicators in the global and domestic markets was analyzed.
