Рапс - культура больших потенциальных возможностей. Увеличение объемов производства рапса в Республике Беларусь позволит полнее обеспечить население растительным маслом, животноводство - растительным белком, а промышленность - ежегодно возобновляемым сырьем для производства биодизельного топлива. Кроме того, рапс быстро растет и является прекрасной пастбищной культурой, богат серосодержащим белком, снижает заболеваемость сельскохозяйственных животных и увеличивает выход мяса.В статье на основе анализа тенденций и ключевых проблем определены основные направления дальнейшего развития переработки рапса в Республике Беларусь.
Rapeseed is the crop of a great potential. The increase of a rapeseed production in the Republic of Belarus will allow supplying the population with vegetable oil more fully, farm animal production - with vegetable protein, and the industry - with annually renewable raw material for the production of biodiesel fuel. In addition, rapeseed grows fast and is an excellent pasture crop, rich in sulfurcontaining protein; reduces the disease incidence of farm animals and increases meat yield.In the article on the base of the tendencies analysis and key problems, the main directions for further development of the rapeseed processing in the Republic of Belarus are determined.
